1. Pack Warm Clothes
Now it is very important for you to pack warm clothing if you want to stay warm in your tent.
Consider wool clothes, long Johns, wicker socks, and other thick layered clothing for your trip.

Just bring along enough clothes that can help you stay layered all though the night and even when you decide to camp in a cold weather.

If they have more body warmth that you do, position your sleeping bag close to theirs to benefit from their body heat.
